Brave Chef Brianna by Sam Sykes

4.0

Brianna is the youngest and only girl in a large family of cooks. She has a constant internal soundtrack of negative self-talk and struggles with self-esteem. She is, however, a fabulous cook!
In a competition set by their dying father, the children open their own restaurants and compete to be the most successful.
A simple story that addresses some very important themes ( prejudice, sibling rivalry, self-esteem, relationship building, mindset).
