A bit of a slow start but once I had reached the halfway point I couldn’t out the book down! This book is if Holly Black and Stephanie Garber had a child.

I must admit I don’t really like love triangles so I was a bit glad towards the end.

The vibes of this book felt so whimsical with some darker undertones which really reflect the fae, they look beautiful but underneath it’s a twisted dark persona

I fell for Prince Emmett as soon as we met him and I will now and forever more be is fan, Prince Bram on the other hand was not my fav.

The other girls whilst all were being put against Ivy to compete for his hand, all had different motives for being there and I loved reading their POVs and learning more about them, their teamwork with Ivy and defiance against the Queen was so amazing.

I was expecting the competition to have a few more games to create that desperate tensions.

After that ending I need another book asap but unfortunately I have to wait at least another year!
