I enjoyed this book! When I found out it was the sort of “prequel” to Bullet Train (another book I intend to read), I knew I had to immerse myself in Isaka’s world of assassins. It was a book outside of my normal reading list and typical genres, but I am happy to say I actually liked it! I can’t wait to read the next three books of his series. A bit predictable, but I’m excited to keep reading.
