I was expecting a romance book and I got more than that. I got a thesis in romance, the generational  difference between the perception of romance and how are we manipulated from the media about this. The way how the characters feels so believable (in a good and bad way), how this permeate with the descriptions of Sydney's suburbs give this book a fresh view of how love works in this society. My third 5 star of the year and definitely a future re read.
