All I can say is…..YES.

I was so incredibly nervous going into reading this one - books that lots of people rave about to the extent that this one is seem too good to be true.

But, my god.

First of all, Shannon’s writing style is *chef’s kiss*  I mean I seriously couldn’t not have met a more perfect match to my write style preferences.

Multi POV execution in books, especially thrillers, can be difficult. Another box checked! The multiple POV’s were seamless and straightforward. No confusion whatsoever.

Unlikable characters that you can’t help but love? Check.

A perceived villain you couldn’t help but root for? Check. Check.

I loved every little thing about this book. I wish that was a lie but πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ here we are. And I need to take a brief break from thrillers because this one right after SSJ is a major thriller book hangover!
