It is what it is. All of the Plum books follow a similar formula, but you know what? I’m pretty much enjoy the formula. It would be nice if Stephanie could choose between the two men, and she maybe got to be a little better at her job. I would enjoy reading about her growing, but I enjoy these for what they are.
I enjoyed the addition of the giraffe, and I’m glad Stephanie managed to rescue Grandma in time.
