The language used by Vuong was incredibly touching, however at some point I did find that I was overwhelmed with the amounts of methods used in order to portray the ideas within the book. But once reading it a few times I wrapped my head around what was occurring. I really enjoyed following Little Dogs journey, and his relationship with both his mother, grandmother and Trevor. However, I felt like the book was unfinished, I need more, I’d gotten to the end and was shook, I wanted more, it was so enticing. I’m so glad I finally picked this book up of my shelf to read. Thankyou Oceon Vuong for this masterpiece.
