i just finished the final gambit and i love that book. AND ITS TERRIBLE i hâte loving books because it makes me HAPPY EXTREMELY HAPPY and then i get all giddy and i can’t think of anything else you’ve seen me like this before you probably don’t remember i just don’t think about anything else besides the thing that’s making me happy. it’s just good it’s just good because it’s a nerdy thing it’s a math thing. it’s a chess thing ! while i understand chess i don’t like playing it because i’d rather imagine chess situations rather than playing it because it’s slow and i can’t stand that. it’s just a really good series and while the author has some iffy scenes as all writers do, i really appreciate her work because it’s so good it’s just good because of how low my standards are for society but it’s so good. and i don’t understand guys sorry i’m probably a broken record about this but i will never stop saying it
