It was fine, but definitely a product of it's time.
I didn't really get any of the humor. Never once laughed or anything. Apparently a lot of the humor is pun-based, and maybe I would've gotten it more if I'd read it instead of listened to it. (I spent most of the book thinking the main demon was "Oz", not "Aaahz".)
The adventure was mostly predictable and kind of boring. Never really got into the characters.
Overall, just meh.
I did like some of the quotes at the start of the chapters. Those were sometimes clever and got a chuckle or two. The only time I laughed.
I won't be picking up any more of the books.
