The Two Lives of Lydia Bird by Josie Silver

5.0

Some very clear parallels to One Day in December (the significance around a holiday, running to a warm country) but other than that I loved this book. I could have done with more of it! I had to pace myself because it was so entrancing. The plot was really interesting, and the ideas around grief and how to grow and heal as an individual were fantastic. I cried like six times. Can’t wait for whatever Josie writes next!
