A Study in Scarlet by Arthur Conan Doyle
4.0

Not really being a fan of murder mysteries I had never really considered taking up any of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's works. But when I heard this one had an element of historical fiction I decided to give it a go. I had no idea I would be transported to the American west with Brigham Young and his band of seekers. A slanted view of them to be sure that Doyle apologized for later in life, but interesting just the same. A fun and somewhat unexpected read.
