Very interesting study on parenthood and the different ways we can be parents or love someone unconditionally. A bit depressing if you want to have children I think, because it definitely doesn’t glamourise what this decision entails. And I think that’s life and I like that the book was honest. Only made me more sure I’m fine with my choice.
The ending was a bit rushed and cryptic and didn’t give much closure, I’m confused about the romantic relationship(s) that were alluded to?
But the writing style was very beautiful - while very straightforward, it was very poetic and insightful.
