I really do enjoy this series but boy does it annoy me at the same time.
Nothing happens for the whole first part of this book! It is literally just Roe taking us through her day to day life and the lead up to her wedding.... How is this that important to the story?!
Also, this book had one of my absolute pet peeves which is when a book reveals something in the synopsis that doesn't happen until well into the book. It is told to us in the synopsis that Roe is confronted by an 'ax-welding maniac'.... this literally doesn't take place until 70% of the way into the book so I was just waiting for it to happen for most of the book.
I do enjoy this series and I did enjoy the mystery in this one I just think there is definitely some room for improvement. I will be continuing on with the series though.
