Started out with such promise but none of the relationships rang true. The fact that the main character describes her relationship with her ex boyfriend , showing that it was a manipulative and coersive relationship and then her best friend is angry that she lost touch with her!! So his bad behaviour and the fact she didn't spot it was HER fault rather than his.
Plus the continual labouring of quotes or phrases that people say, of the signs that someone is changing. Over and over again just felt you were being bashed round the head with it. Just really disappointing read
