I pretty much got through most of this but didn't read the last few, but I didn't think that would stop me from getting the gist. Overall, it's a good collection. There are some standouts and some not so great. You can definitely see her lyrical influence in some poems, which eh, I sort of didn't like those. I most appreciated her full on vulnerability and relatability.
I just sort of felt like I was reading a poem I could write or have written. It just didn't always push past feeling like a high school notebook and into a really credible book of poetry, which is a shame because the potential and thought was all there.
