M Is for Magic by Neil Gaiman
3.0

On the one hand, it is Gaiman and I enjoyed it. On the other, I think I've heard all of these before. I also don't really think it's a good introduction to Gaiman at all, even for the target audience of children. It is, to me, more a miscellany that is good for completionists and those who just like to hear Mr. Gaiman talk (which is probably all of us). There are books better for children such as Coraline or the Graveyard Book or adults like either of the other short story compilations or my beloved Neverwhere. If you're just starting, start there. If you already know the drill, it's more Gaiman to quench your thirst.
