The Book of Hope: A Survival Guide for Trying Times
by Jane Goodall
This was a really interesting and inspiring read, especially as an audiobook. The books was fashioned as a conversation between Goodall and the author and Goodall read her own portions. The content wasn’t groundbreaking or particularly unique but Jane’s extraordinary life and her perspective give the idea of hope new life. It was a lovely red and a message I, and many, really need to hear. I will seek out the author’s other book, The Book of Joy (with Desmond Tutu and the Dali Lama, also as an audiobook.
