The Apple Tart of Hope by Sarah Moore Fitzgerald
4.0

I have a lot of thoughts and I don't know how to put them into words so we're doing bullet points.

-I started this with the intention of reading for 15 minutes and then doing the things that I'm supposed to be doing. Instead I read the entire thing. In 50 minutes.

-It's set mostly in Ireland which is pretty cool (no offense to America but there's not enough books that aren't set in America) but THEN there's New Zealand as well which is the GREATEST THING EVER. Also the descriptions of New Zealand and the people here are accurate. And I didn't know ahead of time that this would feature New Zealand so that was the best surprise ever.

-I feel like this was amazing and not very good all at the same time and I don't understand my feelings. More amazing than not very good, definitely.

-The pacing of when stuff was revealed was spot on. 10/10

-This book is reason #6468 why people need to actually talk to each other instead of being vague in their communications.

-I'm now craving apple tarts.

-This is the longest review that I've ever written on Goodreads which is interesting since it's for one of the books that I spent the least amount of time on.

To summarize: this was very good with room for improvement (where it could be improved is something I don't know), and I'm very scatterbrained. Someone please read this and tell me what my thoughts mean because I have no idea.
