Love Is a Mix Tape by Rob Sheffield

4.0

This was such a touching memoir. I loved the way he recalled memories, made references to bands and music and even had a few very interesting theories thrown in which gave me a few "woah, never thought of it like that" moments. In particular, Nirvana. I never really thought about what some of the songs were about and it gave me a new perspective.

Renee sounds like she was an amazing person and they were both so lucky to have had the time they did together.

It is not an exciting read, not a lot of action but there is a lot of heart and emotion.
