A Duet with the Siren Duke by Elise Kova is the fourth in the Married to Magic series which I have been devouring the Graphic Audio versions. Given a second chance at life in a deal made with a siren, Victoria escapes her abusive husband and uses the opportunity to make a name for herself as a sea captain. When the time runs out on their deal, Victoria is taken by the siren duke, Ilryth, back to the seas in order to fulfill a prophecy to save the lands. As they work together to break the curse, something more develops between the pair but it is something that is impossible. I really enjoyed this retelling and for a good chunk of the book I couldn’t figure out how they were going to work out the dilemma in the end. I was pleasantly surprised with this book and am a bit sad that I have to wait awhile before the next one finally releases on Graphic Audio.
