I avoided this for a long time for a variety of reasons, despite really enjoying McQuiston's One Last Stop. When it came to Red, White & Royal Blue, there was a lot of hype. When it came out, I was honestly just entering my everything-I-read-must-be-sapphic phase. And then at some point, I heard that there was some uncomfortable alcohol abuse in here, and I can see where they are coming from, but it is also realistic.
There are some many good one-liners, and I LOVE the banter. This is the future we could have had post-2016 but y'all just had to go and vote for Trump. Can't wait to watch the movie (I have read literally zero reviews on it so I have no idea if it flopped or what).
