inside of you actually aren’t two wolves, but a thousand of them.
Surprisingly life-affirming with a touching ending. At first I rolled my eyes about how Hermine’s character was utilized (ohh the young beautiful woman changing the older dude’s life) but by the end I found her pretty interesting in her own right.
Certain passages on self-imposed alienation, depression, etc., are very well written. I have read this in a particularly hard moment in my life, and overall I found it at first difficult, but by the end an insightful and hopeful read.
