I wanted so badly to love this book but I just didn’t. It took me longer than average to read because I just didn’t feel deeply invested in it. I enjoyed Tova and Marcellus a lot, but beyond that it just wasn’t my favorite. The overall story was decent but again, not something I felt heavily connected to.
