This book was so easy to read, I'd find myself to have read 40 pages without even realising which I absolutely loved. I adored Meg's character so much and watching her grow as an officer as the story went on, especially alongside Emma, was my fave part of the whole book. Elly's use of short single sentences at the end of chapters for plot twists was super effective but to be honest, I found the reveal of the murderer a bit underwhelming. Nonetheless, a good read!
