This took me so many months to finish because I am stupid, doesn't mean I liked it any less! Loved the format here, it takes a good writer to form a character and the world around you, and make you believe they are real. It takes a great writer to then have a parallel character who is reading the words of character one, reacting to them in the same way the real reader does, while also building a world around them. Does that make sense? I've just woken up. It's such a clever book and the way the lines start to blur was just fantastic. Crazy book but great book.
