An effective, digestible guide to having difficult and important conversations with others. I especially like the way this was organized, into sections about preparing for the conversation, having the conversation, and reflecting on the conversation/establishing next steps. A bit heavy-handed with the personal branding, testimonials (“this book changed my life!”), and directions to learn more on their website (why not include that content in the book?), but still full of useful nuggets of wisdom about communicating when stakes are high.
