Forget Me Not by Julie Soto

4.0

This was a decent romance. I thought the wedding planning aspect was really interesting, and I liked how both characters were passionate about their work. I was definitely rooting for them to make the wedding and the relationship work. The writing was a bit cheesy and wildly unrealistic at times, but I liked the characters for the most part. However, this book reminded me of a big pet peeve I have in romance, which is when the love interest calls the main character a nickname they clearly don’t like, but it’s just dismissed like it’s nothing. I don’t really get that, but not a huge dealbreaker in books.
