Shaun is tired of seeing his friends finding their mates and is feeling a bit of loneliness when it comes to himself. He knows that he may not be the ideal mate for some but what he didn't expect is to have his mate be a southern debutante. Shaun has a dirty mouth and Gemmita is pure class. She is in Whitehorse, Yukon to research caribou but plans to leave when it is done, can Shaun and Gem find a reason to stay together other than being mates?

This was good but I found myself more intrigued with Evan and Caroline. Checking out the next book.
