The Crossing of Ingo by Helen Dunmore

4.0

It's been a while since I read this so I don't really remember the whole story.

But I cried. I cried so much. Uncontrollably. Even after closing this book and putting it in the shelf I was still wailing in my heart with tears streaming down my face.

What I can remember is I loved the characters, the writing, the story, the fictional world. I loved how Dunmore described things. This series was beautiful. This book and the first one were my favorites.
