This was such a lovely easy read, it’s rare I read a book so quickly. It just flowed perfectly, the setting of India, slow burn friendship/romance, the characters, everything came together so cohesively.
This was my first read of Emily’s and I will definitely read more of her books now, her writing was great and it’s clear her love of India runs through her veins.
The characters in this book were great, Olivia and Jacob had such a great dynamic, I really enjoyed their interactions. The characters we meet along the way were so great and I loved the depth they gave the story.
This book although lovely, did have some tough topics, death of a loved one, difficult relationships, cancer - so I do recommend checking the trigger warnings first.
