This was such a sweet book about the way we deal with loss. The main characters are just adorable. We have an Indian widower who gets to know a young librarian who helps him find himself again after the death of his life. (They are friends, not romantic. This is not a romance.) This novel shows how we can help each other heal. This is also a book-lovers book because the main character uses the novels his wife read to learn about her after her passing. Readers will love the countless in depth discussions of classic literature and what we can learn from it.
Moderate: Suicide, Grief
Minor: Death
