I would give this 2.3 stars, but I felt generous and rounded it up to a 3.
The first half of the book wasn't very good. It was too insta-love for me, and I ended up knowing the twists right away, the red herrings were way to obvious, that I didn't become shocked when they found the twists for themselves.
I think that the last 40% was way better than the first half, I don't know if I will continue this series. Again like the last MC romance I just read, this was a very tame MC compared to previous ones I have read. I am going to try another author and see how that goes.
I will say the most frustrating this is when Willow knew she was pregnant and she didn't want to tell Priest and then he found out later in the book that she was pregnant and he thought it was his, until she dropped the bomb that it isn't. I feel like she should have said something right away. I hate the hidden pregnancy trope, or surprise pregnancy trope, pisses me off to no end since they could just talk about it and the problem wouldn't have happened.
Overall an okay read, if people like insta-love, age gap romance, and a weak-getting-a-back-bone- over-the-book heroine, and a buff biker prez then this is for you, if not then skip it.
