"Here One Moment" by Liane Moriarty is a beautifully written novel that lingers in your mind long after you turn the last page. The story is rich with emotion, humour, and deep insights into human nature, reminding us how fleeting life can be and how little control we truly have over certain events.

For me, the standout character was Allegra. I saw so much of myself in her—her tendency to worry about what others think, her self-sacrificing nature, and the way she constantly puts the needs of others before her own. She felt incredibly real and relatable, and I found myself deeply invested in her journey. Her story served as a poignant reminder of the importance of self-worth and setting boundaries.

One of the things I loved most about this book was how it unfolded through multiple perspectives. It felt like a collection of interwoven stories, each adding depth and complexity to the overarching narrative. The shifting viewpoints allowed me to connect with a wide range of characters, making the novel feel even more immersive and layered.

Liane Moriarty delivered a novel that is both entertaining and thought-provoking. Here One Moment is a reminder to cherish the present, accept the things beyond our control, and, perhaps most importantly, prioritise our own happiness. I highly recommend it!
