Only negatives that come to mind: 1. I felt like I knew all of the characters very well except Richard. Sometimes his narration felt very emotionless and I just didn’t understand who he was as a person. But I guess he reinvented himself so maybe he doesn’t really know who he is either. 2. I wanted a little more of a big reveal with Henry. He was obviously scheming the entire time, and admitted to Richard that he ultimately felt no emotions in his life until he killed the farmer. It seems like maybe that first kill was actually on purpose? What if he remembered more of it than he let on, and somehow implicated the others?
But overall a very gripping story, it was a slow build but had enough teasers for what was to come to keep me in anticipation.
