Survival Instincts
by May Dawney
This book was so good, it was one of those books where I looked forward to reading while I was away from it. I wanted to soak everything in and I took my time reading it. The characterization is everything for this book, the development of both Lynn and Dani, the way both of them change throughout the book was so nice to see.
It's a dystopian book and it's done so well because it's not trying to explain how the world got like that, and it's not about trying to save the world, it's just about surviving. And by the end of the book maybe something more than surviving.
I liked the different twists and the reality of the way of life, it's not picturesque and that's what made it interesting and what made me care for the two characters and their connection together.
I kind of hope there's some sort of sequel or follow up to this book but if there isn't that's okay, I'm just glad I got to read this book. :)
