This book will talk about what the Optavia Diet is and how it supports you. There is a 5 and 1 plan included. It talks about benefits and even lists out some Frequently asked questions and their answers. The recipes are split up by meal and dish and there are so many to choose from. I particularly liked the greek beef roast, the fried zucchini and the santa fe taco salad. There's even a 30 day meal plan at the end.
