I need some time to process this book. Very unpleasant to read, but I couldn't stop reading. The writing style was hard for me to get used to at first. The author doesn't use quotation marks or indicate who is speaking which normally annoys me, but I didn't notice after a bit. If you don't already have enough anxiety in your life and you're looking for more, read this book!
