Death Cloud by Andy Lane

3.0

An interesting and creative look at the famous Sherlock Holmes in his teenage years. The author has deftly included the early glimmers of some of the behavior and psychological quirks that fans of the famous sleuth will recognize.

The mystery itself was a tad over the top and at times Sherlock was able to be involved in things that pushed the window of credibility- not entirely unlike the stories of Arthur Conan Doyle. It felt a tad contrived at the end.
