Another great book by J. R. Ward. Once again, I see Jim Heron takes the stage and doesn't let go, with the couple taking a secondary seat. I really like that, since it highlights his progression as a character and the continuity of the ultimate war between good and evil.

On the down side, I have yet to find a couple that hits the jackpot and suckerpunches me right where it hurts the most. I'll just have to keep on reading and see if that happens with the next book.
