I’m uncertain about my feelings of this book. Half way through and I’m like, I thought this was labeled as a thriller?? It gets there in the second half.
I did call it, as soon as J, in like the second email he sent, said that his parents died suddenly when he was young. I’m like, I bet they were on the ship…
I also didn’t expect the mommy-issues to be so pertinent, but I did enjoy that part when Romy is thinking about why everything happened. I reflected about my own mommy-issues lol
