This was really hard to get into but about 1/2 way through it started to take over my mind, in a good way. It turned out to be absolutely lovely! I really didn't like Eleanor to start and wondered where the heck the story was going. I'm so glad I stuck with it. What a brilliant read. Simple yet Eleanor is a very complex character.
Graphic: Alcoholism, Mental illness, Suicidal thoughts, Grief
Moderate: Child abuse, Emotional abuse
Minor: Child death, Stalking, Fire/Fire injury
