This is the end. And Veronica finished it with a bang!! This wasn’t your usual bully/enemies to lovers romance, it was so much more. The chemistry between Maisy and Fox was out of the world, and their childhood memories tugged at my heart. I rooted for them to find a way back to each other despite everything that was going on. Because they belonged together, you could see that from the first page.
And then the plot! All the investigation, the secrets and the friendships. This series owns my heart and every single character has a place in it. It was so precious to see them all come together and work together. Their bond is truly special and they really are a family.
I love how Fox slowly bonded with them especially with Lucas (my two boys❤️), how protective Connor and Dev were about Maisy and how deeply the girls cared for Maisy.
It was the perfect ending to this stellar series spiced up with some Easter eggs to the upcoming series. I honestly can’t wait to read CCOTP! I need more Colt!
