I enjoyed this book for its plot; 2 nuns-turned-witches fall in love and expose the secrets of this creepy post-apocalyptic convent they are a part of. Because it’s a translation, I kept thinking how the narration might have flowed in the original language because the narrator writes in stream-of-consciousness. I also found the narrator kind of not-endearingly bizarre in the first half but really grew to like her.
