Picked this up as a comfort read after some mediocre ARCs that made me lose faith in the publishing industry and the general public only to find out the identity of the Faceless Man. What! It seems early in the series for that, but maybe I don't have many left to read now.

After an overdose in prime real estate overlooking Hyde Park involves the daughter of Lady Tyburn, Peter Grant is reminded that he owes her a favour for rescuing him on a previous adventure.

Fast paced and exciting, I love diving back into the Rivers of London series - the novels are far more satisfying than the graphic novels and short stories
