Here We Go Again by Alison Cochrun

Did not finish book. Stopped at 50%.
I loved the author's previous books. This one was a bit trigger-y for me (cancer) so it was hard for me to keep going. Fans of this author will love this one if the trigger warnings aren't an issue.
