Between Dusk and Dawn by Vee Taylor

rating: 4

i didn’t really know what to expect from walsh and madison’s book. i didn’t really care for walsh as a side character and i HATED maddy. but!! maddy’s redemption arc in this book was insane. in a good way.
i had no idea that she had gone through all of that in her childhood and as an adult. this book definitely made me understand her more as a person. and i ain’t mad at her redemption arc!
walsh and madison are as broken as two people can be. and all their broken pieces fit together perfectly to make one whole piece. 🥹
- mafia lifestyle
- forced marriage
- stalking
- childhood trauma
- abusive parents
- bully romance
