I haven't read fantasy in a while, so it was fun to get back into it with this book. I remember friends and family having read this book many years ago but I never did, so grateful to my friend for lending it to me. I didn't read the book continuously as I was traveling, but once I got into the rhythm of reading the story was easier to follow. As fantasy often is, the story was chock-full of many descriptions and fun with its many kinds of creatures/beats/beings.
