Did not finish book. Stopped at 59%.

While I appreciate the importance of discussing misogyny in books, this one was just too frustrating to deal with. It almost reads like a domestic psycho thriller or something. I stopped reading at

the time jump after Patricia’s husband gaslights the fuck out of her and you realize she’s still with him 3 years later

. Before deciding to DNF I searched up some bits about the ending to see if I could pull through, but there is apparently a totally unnecessary scene with

SA that results in a death

. Not for me.
