I LOOOOOVED this book!!! I brought this along as one of my vacay reads for my trip to the Caribbean, and let me just say, matching your vacation read to where you are vacationing is a different level of having an immersive reading experience! Aside from that, its a shorter book than what I’m used to, and it read really easily. Not to mention that the love interest is a hot Irishman, AKA my weakness. I will also say that this romance is a slowburn. I honestly thought it wasn’t going to be since the love interest was introduced farily early in the book and the book itself isn’t that long, however, the first somewhat intimate scene didn’t happen until 80% of the way through, so if you don’t like slow burn romances, this might be a pass for you. Also, the spicy scenes aren;\’t that detailed/graphic.

But the book also does a great job of understanding individuality and being satisfied with yourself before having the opportunity to lose yourself in a relationship, which I greatly appreciated.

Another thing is that this book has a MAJOR TW for suicide, mentions of suicide, and a suicide note, which is quite literally the first page, so PLEASE be cautious about this.
