While nothing happened in this book really blew my mind, the email exchanges were so life-like, and the end of them took my breath away. I blew through this book in 2 days. It teeters on the edge of employing too much therapy-speak, (which isn't absolved just because a character calls it out IMO) but never got to full-on cringe. I call this one a win.
